Returns

All returned products must be shipped within 7 days upon receiving your order. All products must be returned in new condition, unused. All product must have original packaging and attached order or invoice receipt. Accompanying the product should write a letter with your name, shipping address, email, date of purchase, payment confirmation number or receipt number order, and the reason for the return. We do not refund shipping charges for the initial or returned. We only refund money for new items purchased. For any or the return postage, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products. 

Warranty

All our sold products are provided with a 1 year warranty (one-year).

Each product incorporates our patented Near Field Communication (NFC)compatible technology inside. Per the IC chip manufacturer specifications Near Field Communication IC's will normally last up to 100,000 writes and have more than 10 years of data retention. We warranty the NFC compatible technology embedded inside the product for 1 year (one year) from the date of purchase.

Normal wear and tear is not covered, including:

• exposure to electrostatic, magnetic and/or electromagnetic source
• fading due to exposure to UV light
• exposure to external shocks and humidity
• damaged and/or broken product

All of the above is typical use of the product and therefore is not covered under warranty.

You have our assurance, that we only deliver a product that has passed our quality assurance checks. We guarantee that any product is new and an original product. For any warranty claim, the product must be accompanied with the original invoice or order.

We reserve the right to make technical or aesthetic changes on the products shown on the web site.
